As an Appearance Attendant you will be interacting with guests of all ages while they jump on our Trampoline Courts, flip into our Foam Zone, challenge themselves on our Parkour Course, and compete in Ultimate Dodgeball.

The Appearance Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility's public areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean using cleaning agents and equipment.

• Vacuum lobby, offices, and public areas as needed.

• Empty trash as required.

• Sweep and mop the lobby and public restrooms.

• Clear debris and dust the public areas.

• Power washing and vacuuming pools.

• Clean resort entry doors on a regular basis to maintain a smudge-free appearance.

Next Level Duties:

• May be required to work when park is closed.

• Respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests.

• Respond to guest questions. Provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested.

• Provide instruction and/or guidance for guest and crew member safety in fire or other emergency situations.
